    I ordered french toast and scrambled eggs through Door Dash. The food arrived hot and everything was freshly made. I appreciated that my eggs were not runny, as they typically are when ordered at other Coney Islands. The portion size of the french toast was pretty big,if it wasn't so good I would have had some for later. My only negative comment is that I didn't care for the syrup.

    2nd and last visit the good Great Chili Special and Gyro Feta Omelet,  had him make special order Chicken Shawarma Fries and tried his Falafel plate just OK had much better.  Wife order Double Damn Burger a full pound so get this he got a attitude about something charges her for 2 whole burgers,  overpriced Falafel 3 pieces and gets angry at exactly 2 pm you gotta move your coats from tables we closed, ,, wow totally different first visit, ,,, get this 45 bucks for food should have been around 30 bucks, ,, yep you ripped us off Shame on YOU. #mikesconey #rippedoff #easternmarket #detroiteasternmarket

    Stopped in for a quick bite while shopping the market.... I was parched so a nice ice cold diet coke thrilled me to the core....some French fries with garlic sauce were okay....the garlic sauce was too much (powerful!!)...like they didn't finish making it before it got to me..  No worries, I wasn't expecting paramount middle eastern cuisine...my friend had it in for a greazzy cheeze burger and she got exactly what she wanted!
    The service was just fine, pleasant and friendly...I'd go back and try a shawarma next time for sure.

    Great breakfast food and great staff. Would recommend every time! Definitely stop by if you're ever in eastern market

    I don't understand the high rating of these reviews. Diner food should be fast and at least somewhat quality. The waiters and waitresses are rude, the food takes more than 45 minutes to come out, and it's not even good. The eggs were weird and watery. I don't know how they make them like that. Did I mentioned my waitress was rude? She was rude.
